Technical Recruitment Intern

The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a passionate Technical Recruitment Intern who is proficient in gathering and managing data, excited about applying this data in real business applications, and experienced in managing various projects and events. This role is uniquely designed for graduate or undergraduate students who are experienced in conducting market and industry research as well as executing event planning and coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with the hiring and marketing team to perform thorough and meaningful data analysis and lead successful events and campaigns.

• Conduct reliable and accurate market and industry research.
• Analyze multiple data sets using a variety of data analysis and statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends.
• Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable at a glance.
• Generate and design thorough reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings to various stakeholders.
• Communicate technical information to a general audience.
• Support the hiring and marketing team in holding recruitment events, career fairs, alumni gatherings, and professional conferences.
• Create marketing and promotional materials from ideation to implementation as well as post-event reports.
• Collect performance metrics from marketing events to measure progress, including participants' feedback and social media marketing outcomes.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary to support the objectives of the hiring and marketing team and contribute to the success of the organization.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or graduate student in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Possess solid research, data analysis, and data visualization skills.
• Proficient in communicating technical information to general audiences.
• Passionate about hardware and software, and familiar with the technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of various computer and data analytical tools, including but not limited to Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
• Experience as a team lead or active contributor in student organizational groups, with familiarity in organizational structure and group coordination.
• Solid experience in planning and hosting small to large scale student and alumni events.
• Self-starter who is passionate, proactive, creative, dependable, and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
