Requirements
- Conduct an end-to-end review of the property claims lifecycle
- Develop deep expertise in how property claims decisions are made and supported by data
- Identify breakdowns in claim workflow and documentation
- Own the integrity of core claims data across systems
- Define standards for claims quality and defensibility
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues
- Improve both inputs and outputs across the claims process
- Translate insights into measurable product improvements
- Influence roadmap decisions with financial and operational context
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the property claims lifecycle
- Align teams around consistent process standards
- Communicate clearly across audiences
