ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Automation Engineer with a strong emphasis on UiPath to support a DoW agency. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions and other automation to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- 5+ years of experience within Automation Engineering
- Active Secret security clearance is required
- Must possess or be able to obtain DoD IAT 2 certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP)
- Proven hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design effective automation solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within a government or defense context
