Role Description
We are seeking a professional English Samoan Translator for a freelance project in the healthcare sector. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating healthcare and clinical trial documents, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to industry-specific terminology.

Project Details:

• Language Pair: English Samoan

• Field: Healthcare and Clinical Trials

• Tools: Client-provided SDL Trados packages

Responsibilities:

• Translate healthcare and clinical trials documents from English into Samoan with high accuracy.

• Ensure use of correct medical and clinical terminology in line with industry standards.

• Work with client-provided Trados packages and follow project-specific guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical content.

• Deliver translations within the agreed deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Samoan and excellent command of English.

• Proven experience in medical/healthcare/clinical trial translation.

• Proficiency in SDL Trados Studio (mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
