Associate Director, Regional Key Account

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Key Account to lead a team of Key Account Managers responsible for enterprise engagement across priority health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks. The role will involve developing system-level account strategies, driving formulary positioning, and integrating therapies into clinical pathways.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• Significant experience in IDN, health system, or enterprise account management
• Prior leadership experience managing account-based teams
• Demonstrated success influencing formulary, protocol, or pathway decisions
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior institutional stakeholders
• Advanced strategic planning and enterprise account management expertise
• Deep understanding of health system economics, reimbursement dynamics, and access pathways
