Federal/DOD Sales Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and dealer-supported sales opportunities, providing inside sales support, preparing quotes, and conducting product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, quoting, customer engagement, or similar roles
- Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Ability to explain equipment features clearly after training
- Organized and comfortable owning customer relationships
- Dealer or channel experience is a plus, not required
- Mechanical, industrial, fire/emergency, or technical interest helpful
