The Quality Assurance Analyst – Large Account Operations will support the Underwriting Operations group by performing quality assurance activities, including process optimization, automation, and data solutions. The role will involve gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing mechanisms, and working closely with stakeholders and team leadership.
Requirements
- Expertise in PowerBI and large/variable data sets
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Process Improvement Mindset
- Experience in Technologies including Power Automate
- Prior Quality Assurance Experience
- Insurance experience preferred
