Who you are
- Experienced in outbound sales automation with 2+ years building and managing automated outreach systems, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deeply familiar with the modern sales stack including CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (Apollo.io, Outreach, Reply.io), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6sense)
- Skilled at connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make to build sophisticated multistep workflows
- Comfortable with LLMs and prompt engineering, able to craft instructions that generate personalised messaging while maintaining Storyly's existing tone and voice
- Experienced in platform compliance, particularly LinkedIn automation safety limits and GDPR/CCPA requirements
- Analytically minded with a habit of tracking KPIs (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and running A/B tests to continuously improve performance
- Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent copywriting instincts for cold outreach
- Curious about technology and the mobile ecosystem, staying current with industry trends and technical terminology
- Energized by being part of a technology startup environment where you can own your domain and make a measurable impact
- Being knowledgeable about email deliverability fundamentals is a big plus including domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up protocols, and inbox placement strategies
- Exceptionally good with spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets) and using data to make decisions
- Ambitious with international career goals and committed to continuous self-development
What you'll do
- Use email or other channels to research, generate and qualify sales leads/opportunities
- Define and continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas, translating strategic targeting into actionable segmentation within our sales tools
- Build targeted, high quality prospect lists using data providers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced filtering criteria
- Design and execute multi-channel sequences combining automated email, LinkedIn outreach, and manual touchpoints like calls and personalised connection requests
- Set up automated personalisation workflows that generate tailored icebreakers, pain point messaging, and contextual content for each prospect
- Configure adaptive sequence logic with conditional steps and exit triggers that respond intelligently to prospect engagement
- Manage email and LinkedIn account warm-up, monitor daily activity levels, and ensure all outreach maintains natural patterns
- Track and report on key performance metrics across all channels, using data to identify weak spots and drive continuous improvement
- Run systematic A/B tests on subject lines, messaging angles, timing, and channel mix to optimise conversion rates
- Establish feedback loops by analysing replies and objections to refine AI prompts, playbooks, and targeting criteria
- Ensure seamless CRM integration and data synchronisation to maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility
- Configure and train AI auto-responders to handle positive and negative replies, qualify leads, and book meetings automatically
