Senior Technical Consultant

OverviewApogee has an opportunity for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position provides expert-level consulting support for programmatic and technical Studies & Analysis tasks, including Product Support Business Case Analysis. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.ResponsibilitiesProgrammatic SupportProvide expert consulting on specific programmatic areasSupport Studies & Analysis (S&A) task executionConduct trade studies on acquisition and support strategiesProvide recommendations on best practices and approachesProduct Support Business Case AnalysisComplete Multi-GNSS User Equipment PS-BCA using structured methodologyGenerate documents that aid decision‑making by identifying and comparing alternativesExamine mission and business impacts (financial and non-financial)Conduct risk and sensitivity analysesDevelop recommendations and courses of actionTrade StudiesMAGR-2K-M ResiliencyHandheld GPS receiver acquisition approachesOperational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E)MGUE Source of SupplyOpen Architecture approachesAntenna modernization acquisition strategiesAnalysis & DocumentationConduct detailed analyses of complex programmatic issuesPrepare comprehensive reports and recommendationsDevelop briefings for senior leadershipSupport decision documentation and rationaleQualificationsMinimum ExperienceMust be a US citizenMust have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearanceBachelor's degree20 years of DoD acquisition or technical consulting experienceExperience with Product Support and business case analysisIn-depth knowledge of GPS/GNSS programsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExperience with cost‑benefit analysis and decision analysis methodologiesExcellent technical writing and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and deliver quality productsPreferred ExperienceMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (15 years of DoD acquisition or technical consulting experience)Additional InformationLocation: Contractor Site (National - Remote)Remote: This is a full-time remote positionTravel: Travel up to 20% may be required, per the customer's discretion#J-18808-Ljbffr
