Requirements
- Minimum CAP/BEP/BAC diploma
- English level B1/B2
- At least 1 year of experience in client relationship management
- Significant experience in team management, coordination, or service leadership is a plus
- Mastery of operational procedures and tracking tools
- Ability to organize and plan multiple activities simultaneously
- Capacity to follow performance indicators and produce reliable reports
- Good communication with teams, clients, and support services
