FTM ACH Specialist (IBM Financial Transaction Manager)

FTM ACH Specialist (IBM Financial Transaction Manager) role involves supporting installation, configuration, and ongoing support of IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM ACH) solutions in a complex enterprise payments environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM ACH) required.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments (AIX preferred)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Experience with scripting for automation (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
