We're hiring a Marketing Acquisition Lead for our loyalty platform to help brands launch, manage, and grow their own loyalty, engagement, and membership programs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition
- Proven experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Strong analytical mindset; confident working with campaign data and performance metrics
- Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (social, influencer, etc.) and campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, automation tools, attribution, etc.). Klaviyo experience a plus.
- Experience using AI tools regularly in your workflow (content, analysis, automation)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native fluency)
- Comfortable in client-facing environments interacting with brand partners and representing AnyRoad in strategic conversations
- Willing and able to travel periodically for client meetings, team gatherings, and events
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
