Requirements
- Direct iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or prediction-market experience on the operator side
- Proven track record designing and running referral programs in crypto, gambling, or both
- Strong lifecycle and CRM skills — designing sequences, missions, bonus drops, retention loops, and reactivation campaigns
- Comfort with raw event data and ability to pull cohorts
- Strong written voice and ability to ghostwrite for founders and brand accounts
