The role involves delivering and enhancing key Talent and Development initiatives, supporting operational delivery across early talent programs, and contributing to succession planning and wellbeing projects.
Requirements
- Experience in People and Capability and/or specialisation in Talent and Development operations within the Early Careers and Graduate space
- Prior experience in supporting the design, development and delivery of projects to improve organisational performance
- Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills along with a high attention to detail
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology or similar
- Knowledge of Success Factors or similar systems
