Australia onlyWe are seeking a Senior Site Nurse to join our Health, Safety and Risk team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. The role is accountable to the Superintendent: Health and Hygiene and is based on an 8/6 FIFO roster.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with emergency experience
- Previous remote/mining RN experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) (NMBA/AHPRA registration), CRANA certification (desirable)
- Intermediate Life Support (ILS)
- Specimen Collection Authorised Drug Screen Collection Officer
- Proficiency in health and medical databases and Microsoft Office tools
- High level of experience in injury management process and knowledge of the Western Australian Workers Compensation System
- Broad understanding of health and safety and hazard and risk management processes
- Experience and confidence to deliver health related presentations
- Current full Western Australian “C” class driver’s licence
- Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory)
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
