About the Role

We aren’t looking for a traditional marketing manager or a brand coordinator. We are looking for an AI-native builder with a strong marketing background who wants to own the end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will be a "Manager of One." You’ll identify market opportunities, design the strategy, and build the agentic workflows to execute them at a scale and speed that was impossible two years ago. You aren't here to "manage" a brand; you are here to build a machine that captures attention and turns it into pipeline.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-End Campaigns: From identifying a trend on Reddit to launching a dedicated landing page and automated email sequence by the end of the day.
  • AI-Agent Orchestration: Building and deploying agents to handle high-volume, high-quality tasks: lead research, personalized outreach, and content atomization.
  • Unconventional Growth: Finding the "non-obvious" places our audience hangs out and engineering ways to show up there authentically and at scale.
  • Brand multiplier: Work on brand projects to multiply our brand presence

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a project and execute independently; including writing custom logic, creating required assets, and implementing automation to deliver complete solutions within tight timelines.
  • Agentic Experience: You have hands-on experience building/working with AI agents to solve marketing or execution bottlenecks.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Startup Generalist: You have a background in Cyber, GRC, or technical B2B
  • Capable of both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including building workflows, assets, and automation.
  • Experience designing and implementing automated, scalable systems (e.g., AI-driven campaigns, workflows, or growth engines).
