Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior trading or trading-adjacent role with a deep focus on OTC derivatives
- Experience building a crypto derivatives trading desk or leading trading-related infrastructure projects from the ground up
- Deep familiarity with derivatives legal frameworks (ISDA/CSA) and the regulatory landscape for derivatives trading
