Position Summary:

The Virtual Remote Engagement (Inside Sales Representative) will play a key role in driving the sales and revenue of assigned product by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding customer needs, and aligning solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in communication, product knowledge, and account management. The representative will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction. This is a remote/virtual inside sales role.

The base salary for this position is $75K–$78K, plus bonus potential. Amplity offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, health, dental, vision, generous PTO, and paid holidays. Leverage your pharmaceutical /healthcare sales experience to help our team grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and with key decision-makers
  • Provide approved information and about assigned products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned product (s) including features, benefits, and scientific data.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, conveying technical and clinical aspects of products in an understandable manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
  • Track progress against targets and highlighting potential opportunities or challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams as appropriate to deliver seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences or related with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Rare disease preferred
  • High learning agility
  • Self-starter able to successfully work independently and remotely
  • Proven sales success in a competitive market
  • Highly engaging, and influential communicator
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work in multiple time zones as needed
  • Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
