Salesforce Administrator—Service Cloud will be responsible for the configuration, support and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud. This role will work with the Service Cloud Product Owner, customer-facing service and support teams, and technology representatives to maintain and improve the application.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud objects, customer portal, and related objects.

  • Support and maintain Service Cloud features like case assignments, routing rules, workflows and triggers.

  • Help translate Customer Service business requirements to technical specifications.

  • Perform application updates and audits to ensure the proper functioning of the system.

  • Configure and customize related Salesforce.com objects and attributes (Sales and Service applications)

  • Manage user permissions and access rules for internal and customer-facing users.

  • Create and manage custom fields, objects, attributes, layouts, and list views.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified in Salesforce.com Administration or equivalent

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning

  • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce

  • Basic knowledge of customer service and support best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience

  • Experience working in Agile development environments is required

  • Experience in effectively debugging and testing user issues within the SFDC environment

  • Experience with building automation and configuration-based solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Force.com application building

  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Omni-Channel, and Einstein Service Cloud is highly preferred

  • Ability to learn and support third-party packages such as Gainsight

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent communicator with strong partner management skills

  • Capable of working with a mix of in-person, remote, and offshore team members

  • Ability to work in an Agile environment across several lines of business to achieve long-term organizational goals

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide audience: IT, development, product management, operations, account support, vendors/partners, customers, and management

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present non-technical details to a technical audience

  • Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides), Slack, Miro, and other business tools software as needed

  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
