Travel Experience Counselor III

Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Experience Counselor III to deliver premier service experience for high-profile business travel customers. The role will provide consultative, creative, and timely travel solutions, and form part of a highly skilled virtual team. Responsibilities include acting as a Travel Advisor and Consultant, arranging travel requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• No less than 1-year corporate travel counselor experience
• Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, both domestic and international, land, air and sea travel
• Experience working with at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre
