Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data and People Analytics Analyst to join our growing Data and People Analytics team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Data & People Analytics and will be responsible for delivering end to end reporting and data analytics across the full employee lifecycle and play a pivotal role in leading the organization towards a data-driven and insight-led culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting, reporting and analyzing people data, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment, performance and compensation metrics, as well as providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
• Creating reports and dashboards that effectively communicate HR data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Work closely with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that improve decision making and overall organizational performance.
• Development of internal reporting standards and processes to ensure consistency of people analytics and efficient reporting being provided to the business.
• Craft and develop reports while adhering to internal standards to ensure reuse and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot report issues as needed.
• Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard methodologies in HR data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday, including an understanding of the Workday reporting, data structure and system capabilities is preferred.
• Experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or people analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR practices and policies is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong phenomenal teammate.
