REPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute TikTok content strategy to grow followers, engagement, and awareness for our music game titles.
- Create original and high-performing TikTok videos: gameplay edits, challenges, reaction content, and trend-based skits.
- Stay up-to-date with global TikTok trends, music, and viral challenges, adapting them creatively for our brand.
- Collaborate with the UA/marketing team to align TikTok content with campaign goals (installs, engagement, retention).
- Test different hooks, sounds, effects, and editing styles to maximize CTR and watch time.
- Analyze TikTok insights and performance metrics to refine content strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing or growing TikTok channels (personal or brand) - please attached your portfolio
- Deep passion for music, pop culture, and mobile games: especially K-pop and rhythm games.
- Strong understanding of global TikTok trends, memes, and storytelling formats.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce short, engaging, and relatable content fast.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental, data-driven creative environment.
- (Bonus) Experience in gaming, user-generated content, or influencer collaboration.
- (Bonus) Experience in using AI to assist day-to-day operations.
