Requirements
- 1-2+ years in outbound SDR/BDR work with a track record of hitting targets selling to mid market & enterprise customers.
- Comfort with enterprise and executive outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication - value, not features
- Sharp prioritisation and the judgement to pivot when something isn't working
- Confidence with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Claude)
- Practical AI experience in a professional workflow, with the judgement to QA the output
- Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and travel for events
