Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in outbound SDR/BDR work with a track record of hitting targets selling to mid market & enterprise customers.
  • Comfort with enterprise and executive outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication - value, not features
  • Sharp prioritisation and the judgement to pivot when something isn't working
  • Confidence with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Claude)
  • Practical AI experience in a professional workflow, with the judgement to QA the output
  • Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and travel for events
