Requirements
- 10+ years of REO/REIT construction experience
- Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state-level project management
- Advanced construction knowledge, excellent decision-making skills, strong organization, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and related tools
