Requirements
- Min 2 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using digital tools and systems
- Understanding of working within a regulated industry and following policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Proactive and dependable, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
