- Professional experience in dealing with complex software systems
- Good knowledge of simulation and software tools such as Python, C++, Matlab, or comparable programs
- Practical experience in developing algorithms for modeling, optimization, and data processing
- Ideally experience with agile development processes
- Fluency in German and very good English skills
