Requirements
- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Serve as liaison between clients and benefits vendors
- Support Leave of Absence programs
- Maintain HRIS systems
- Partner with clients to improve HR processes
- Support benefits reconciliations
- Assist with HR audits
- Develop and update HR policies
- Track and manage client deliverables
- Provide guidance on employee classification
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support HR system implementations
- Analyze HR and benefits data
