The Medical Records Retrieval Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and securely uploading medical records into designated systems to support Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI).
Requirements
- Record intake and upload processing
- Retrieval of electronic medical records from partner practices or internal teams
- Organize and validate records for completeness prior to upload
- Upload medical records into designated CDI audit platforms
- Tracking, indexing, and quality checks
- Identify missing or incomplete documentation and escalate appropriately
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and data security policies
