The Director of Hospital & Health System (H&HS) Center of Excellence is responsible for leading and strategizing the H&HS Center of Excellence, driving performance outcomes for hospital and health system partners, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute on trainings and resources.

Requirements

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute on trainings and other resources that support performance improvement
• Operationalize Collaborative Learning Networks by leveraging data insights and developing standard curriculums
• Facilitate events and manage team operations, including resource allocation and professional development
