United States onlyThe Sr. Manager, Training Systems and Applications will lead the development and deployment of learning strategies to enhance the capabilities of internal associates and HCPs, leveraging instructional design principles to create learning modules and training curriculum. This individual will also be responsible for the deployment of learning modules on Alcon’s learning management system and lead all activities related to Alcon’s Virtual Reality Ophthalmic Surgical Simulator, Fidelis.
Requirements
- 7 years of proven experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
