Requirements
- Drive scientific engagement with Medical Experts and implement clinical and educational strategies
- Develop and execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country strategy
- Support Alcon clinical research programs and optimize trial execution
- Establish and implement a sales/business plan for a designated client base
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers
- Analyze market situations, including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and competitors
- Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling
- Perform consulting functions in clinical and commercial contexts
- Train and advise Eye Care Professionals on technical and commercial levels
- Provide regular feedback to the multidisciplinary team on the efficiency of implemented processes
- Record and save all information on specific platforms or tools
- Be Alcon's ambassador to customers, defending and implementing the company's values
