We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help our customers stay and grow with Alan. As an Account Manager, you will handle a portfolio of accounts and flagships companies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and promote Alan's health partner positioning to generate massive adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Full working proficiency in French and at least advanced level in English
- Experience in dealing with mid-market segment companies up to 200 employees and a portfolio of around 50-100 accounts
- Tact and empathy to make you a great negotiator
- Expertise in creating long-term relationships based on trust and transparency
- Growth mindset to adapt to new trends and develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
