AirOps is a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Lead Account Executive to build the EMEA region from scratch. The successful candidate will design the go-to-market architecture, build a team, and close deals in the UK, DACH, Nordics, and Southern Europe.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
- 2+ years in a sales leadership or player-coach role at a Series A/B startup
- Demonstrated success launching a new territory or scaling a sales team from zero in EMEA
- Ability to sell to C-level decision makers and know when to intervene in deals
- Comfort in high-ambiguity environments and ability to build a team from scratch
