United States onlyTrans Ova Genetics is seeking a Client Services Representative to build long-term client partnerships, provide personalized consultation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and long-term loyalty.
Requirements
- Serve as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly, communicating clearly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Consult with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning, genetic services, and animal movement.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely, efficient solutions, adjust services as goals evolve, and support contracts, agreements, and inventory management.
- Support domestic shipping of embryos and semen through accurate documentation, organization, and shipping/receiving coordination.
- Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable.
