The Tactical Marketing Manager is responsible for developing programs and initiatives to drive retail and billing results for the Massy Ferguson Hay & Forage line, as well as setting the strategic direction for product lines in support of Product Management and the AMPIP process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- 8+ years post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management
- 5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans
- Technical or mechanical background, with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of Commercial and Conventional hay equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, and verbal and written communication skills to articulate AGCO’s strategies and tactics
