We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to source top talent for AeroVect, a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers run day-to-day operations. The role involves partnering with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience
Strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent
Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
