This role is responsible for accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, end-to-end payroll processing, and financial reporting using tools such as QuickBooks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
- Experience using a CRM system is an advantage
- Working knowledge of U.S. and Philippine tax and payroll regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
