Advanced Agrilytics is seeking a Data Services Technician to provide support and assist in troubleshooting for our Precision Agronomists and key stakeholders using Advanced Agrilytics’ proprietary software platform.
Advanced Agrilytics is a leading agronomy technology company delivering sub-acre agronomic intelligence at scale. Through an integrated ecosystem of data, software, and services, we transform decision-making for growers, consultants, retailers, and manufacturers—powering smarter operations and more profitable acres. Founded in 2015 in Huntington, Indiana, and headquartered in Indianapolis, we remain committed to helping partners improve profitability and sustainability while building a legacy for generations to come.
How you will help us grow:
  • Support Precision Agronomist data operations in Advanced Agrilytics’ proprietary software platform

  • Basic knowledge of GIS software (Esri ArcGIS or open source alternatives)
  • Experience with major digital ag platforms and their associated data (Precision Planting, John Deere, Case IH, Ag Leader)
  • Use of Ag Leader SMS software for data conversion and processing
  • Working knowledge of different data types; including non-spatial and spatial formats, as well as data that are collected/output from digital ag equipment manufacturers and their cloud-based data warehouses
Preferred skills you bring:

  • Taking an analytical approach to independent problem-solving
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and asking constructive questions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate knowledge transfer at varying levels of technical complexity
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure

  • Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
  • 401(k) Plan with company match
