The Payroll Administrator will oversee end-to-end weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support payroll system updates and transitions.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred
- Understanding of hourly workforce timekeeping and compliance rules
- Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration
- Strong audit, documentation, and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with tight deadlines
