As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. If you're empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in one of our centers or in a home-based setting
- Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques learned in our industry-leading training program
- Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and our innovative data systems

This is a part-time role, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities to build additional hours based on availability and business needs.
Available schedule options include:
- Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm availability) + Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
Opportunity to work 15-25 hours/week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00pm-7:00pm + Saturday 9am-2pm
Opportunity to build up to 20 hours/week
- Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-7:00pm + Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college education is preferred, but not required
- A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism
- Comfort using tablet-based technology
- Reliable transportation (to travel to centers, schools, or client homes as needed)
- Valid driver's license (military and college students may be exempt)
- Active car insurance
- Flexibility to work during times most needed by families
- Commitment to completing our paid virtual training program, culminating in RBT certification
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (4 weeks)
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm (6-7 weeks)
- Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-6:00pm (6-7 weeks)
- Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions. *The pay scale provided is the hourly wage range ACES reasonably expects to pay for clinical work (i.e., direct treatment services) performed by team members in the position. ACES pays a different rate for non-clinical work (i.e., trainings, travel time, meetings, etc.) performed by team members, which is paid at $17.75/hour.
