At ACES, we're passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential - and we care just as much about supporting our team. We prioritize work/life balance, employee wellness, and clear growth opportunities in a meaningful, data-driven field.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. If you're empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in one of our centers or in a home-based setting
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques learned in our industry-leading training program
  • Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and our innovative data systems
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child's growth
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Guaranteed $1/hour increase after your first year (if in good standing)
  • Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification
  • Paid, best-in-class training program
  • Career advancement and mentorship opportunities
  • Unlimited employee referral bonuses (up to $500 per referral)
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits available to many part-time employees
  • Company-issued iPad

Opportunity to build up to 20 hours/week
  • Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-7:00pm + Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
    Opportunity to work 15+ hours/week
What We're Looking For
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children
  • Strong communication skills with both children and caregivers
  • Sound judgment in dynamic situations
  • A desire for a meaningful, hands-on career
Experience in childcare-related roles is a plus! Many of our successful team members have backgrounds as camp counselors, nannies, preschool teachers, paraprofessionals, teacher's aides, or childcare volunteers - but all applicants are welcome.

  • Active car insurance
  • Flexibility to work during times most needed by families
  • Commitment to completing our paid virtual training program, culminating in RBT certification
