We are looking for a Social Media Lead to drive and execute our brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is someone who's social savvy, loves brand and internet culture, and is excited about iterating and experimenting with new ideas and content formats.
Requirements
- 4+ years running social media in-house, ideally for a consumer subscription product
- Proven track record of creating content that appeals to a high school audience
- Demonstrated track record of scaling social media accounts for a 0-to-1 brand
- Deep expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Analytical and data-driven: you track your content beyond just impressions to engagement and impact
- Strong creative instincts: you know what makes content work and you know how and when to create and launch new content
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a lean team: you move fast, stay close to the work, and take responsibility for outcomes
- Strong cross-functional communication skills that enable you to present your ideas clearly and concisely to both peers and executive leadership
- Naturally curious and hands-on: you're constantly testing new tools, experimenting with workflows, and finding ways to move faster and get more leverage from your time
- Low ego, high ownership, and motivated to win
