We are seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to provide customer onboarding and tailored training, showcasing technical product knowledge in a customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering first-class customer service and guiding customers on best practices of expense management and HMRC regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of SaaS implementation or project management experience
- Sound technical knowledge, including SFTP, API, and data processing
- Experience in using data mining tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Experience working within a high-pressure operational environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems
- Experience in providing customer training on-site or online
- Experience and knowledge of how to link business systems to improve business processes
