Key Responsibilities
Manage patient intake, authorizations, and care planning for skilled and nonskilled services
Conduct start of care and supervisory visits, as well as orientations and training for staff
Provide clinical oversight aligned with best practices and agency policies
Support and mentor field clinicians to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
What You'll Bring
Active RN license in Florida,required
Minimum 1 year of home care experience, preferred
Experience with Hospital at Home programs, highly preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
EMR proficiency; AlayaCare experience a plus
Positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to professional excellence
