About Academy of the Digital Industries
ADIwas born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.
What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni.
Our programs are built by experts, designed around real world demands, and delivered in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and growth.
In 2023, we partnered withTetherto take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Today, we’re building the next generation of digital professionals: marketers, designers, coders, and creators who don’t just want a job, they want to make an impact.
We’re guided by values we truly live by: putting people first, staying curious, doing excellent work, and taking ownership.
And we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive execution, keep projects on track and ensure teams stay aligned as we grow across multiple markets. This role combines planning, coordination and follow-through: structuring projects, defining timelines, clarifying responsibilities, and making sure information flows clearly between teams.
You will maintain visibility on progress, identify bottlenecks early and actively unblock anything that slows the work down. Using Monday.com as the central hub, you’ll bring order, consistency and momentum to initiatives across the company.
The goal is to help teams collaborate smoothly, deliver on time, and work with a shared view of priorities.
Responsibilities
• Turn plans and ideas into clear, structured projects with defined timelines, owners and deliverables.
• Maintain visibility across all ongoing projects, ensuring teams know what needs to happen, by whom, and by when.
• Track progress in Monday.com and keep boards organised, updated and aligned with real execution, ensuring teams work with a single source of truth, reducing confusion and duplicated efforts.
• Identify bottlenecks early and proactively unblock anything that slows projects down.
• Facilitate communication between teams and markets so information flows smoothly and decisions are implemented quickly.
• Organise and run follow-up routines (check-ins, syncs, reminders) to keep projects moving forward.
• Improve workflows and operational processes to create consistency across ADI’s markets.
• Document key processes, decisions, and workflows to strengthen clarity and accountability.
• Support the planning and rollout of company-wide initiatives, launches and cross-functional projects.
• Lead the execution and coordination of ADI’s internal visibility initiatives, including our Ambassadors Program, ensuring alignment, follow-up and consistent delivery across markets.
• Provide leadership and clarity in moments of ambiguity, helping teams prioritise effectively.
• Build strong collaboration with HR, Ops, Marketing, Sales, Student Success and local expansion teams.
• Bring structure, organisation and execution discipline to fast-paced, evolving environments.
Requirements
• +5 years of project management experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Background in EdTech and digital products.
• Solid understanding of how to structure workflows, timelines and cross-team coordination.
• Advanced experience using Monday.com (boards, dashboards, automations, dependencies).
• Highly organised and comfortable bringing order to ambiguous or evolving situations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep multiple teams/cultures aligned.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to identify bottlenecks and unblock issues independently.
• Ability to transform conversations and plans into actionable, trackable execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across different markets or departments.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities at once.
• Analytical thinking and confidence handling structured and operational data.
• Experience improving processes or designing operational workflows.
• Ownership-driven attitude: someone who pushes things forward without waiting for perfect instructions.
