Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in an Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
- Mentality: 'Automation first' mindset; if you have to do it twice, you automate it.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on complex distributed systems.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
