Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Program Manager to lead talent integration workstreams across multiple lines of business. In this pivotal role, you will drive change management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex business integration workstreams. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies to minimize disruption to talent operations and the broader organization.
Your expertise in leading change, managing projects, and communicating with diverse stakeholder groups will be critical to the success of these integration efforts.
This is a remote, 6-month contract. You must be authorized to work in the USA, and must not hold H-1B visa status. Preferred Time Zone: Pacific Time Zone. The hourly rate is up to $90.00; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.
This position is 100% remote, however must be available for pacific time zone. The role is not a technical HRIS position and focused on internal stakeholder relationships and expertise in program integration in a TA / HR setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for talent integration initiatives across Eyeline and Animation, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within talent teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Talent, Technology, Finance, and other key functions to align timelines, resources, and expectations.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies that could impact integration success.
- Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the integration process.
- Track project milestones, report progress, and provide regular updates to program leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in change management with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally within HR or People functions.
- Experience identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in documenting and testing business processes.

- Prior experience supporting cross-functional business integrations.
