The Bookkeeping Manager owns day-to-day delivery and quality of client bookkeeping, leading and coaching a team of bookkeepers, and ensuring monthly closes are completed on-time.
Requirements
- 5+ years in bookkeeping/accounting roles with hands-on month-end close ownership
- 2+ years leading or reviewing the work of other bookkeepers (formal or informal leadership)
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (required); Xero experience strongly preferred
- Excellent reconciliation skills (bank/credit card/loan accounts; troubleshooting discrepancies)
- Strong written communication (client-facing, professional, clear, and timely)
