Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery leadership, or similar roles
- Experience working on complex software systems, with a strong understanding of how systems are built, not just how they are managed
- Familiarity with modern full-stack development environments
- Proven ability to write clear, actionable PRDs and technical specifications
- Experience working with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to deep tech environments
