We aren't looking for a "desk manager." We need a General Manager who thrives on the chaos of logistics, the precision of fleet safety, and the pride of building a world-class culture. If you’re a strategic operator who knows how to scale a high-volume service business, this is your stage.

How You’ll Win:

  • Own the P&L: Treat this $10M operation like your own. You’ll drive profitability through smart strategic planning and aggressive growth initiatives.
  • Safety & Fleet Mastery: With a massive fleet on the move, Fleet Safety isn't just a checkbox for you—it’s a culture. You’ll oversee compliance and risk management to ensure our teams stay safe and our trucks stay on the road.
  • Build the Bench: You aren’t just managing employees; you’re developing the next generation of leaders. You will mentor, train, and inspire a high-performing frontline crew, turning "junk removal" into a world-class customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: From complex scheduling to logistics optimization, you’ll fine-tune the engine to ensure we are the fastest, cleanest, and most professional service in the Metroplex.
  • Home Services Excellence: You understand customer service obsession. You’ll optimize scheduling, logistics, and labor to keep us the fastest and most reliable brand in the Metroplex.

Qualifications:

  • The Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management (Master’s degree preferred ).
  • The Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in Home Services, Logistics, or Fleet Operations . You’ve been in the trenches and know how to scale.
  • Fleet Expertise: Specific experience in Fleet Safety and Risk Management .
  • The Grit: Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation.
