I’m looking to lead project finance, FP&A, and cost control—building integrated models and reporting that stand up to banks, investors, and boards, while driving production cost reduction and working-capital growth.

Most project based business don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fall because no one trully control where the money goes. I build financial systems with integrated models, disciplined cost control and reporting that make cost control visible, defensible and growth oriented. Not just for internal decision making, but credible enough to present to banks, investors and boards. Over 12 years across property development, commercial real estate, and creative industries, I have delivered 15% reduction in production costs, 22% improvement in sales effectiveness and 18% year on year working capital growth over 3 consecutive years, by treating finance as a driver of business performance, not just a reporting function.
